I drew the original of Mad! in 2021. Mad! is one of two birds from the print Friends. They remind me of multiple people in my life, that are totally different, but still love eachother. I've always been fascinated by the shoebill stork. They are so funny looking and a bit scary and definitely prehistoric. I had a lot of fun drawing them with human expressions.
I have been working on having some originals with a matt (passe-partout) with a colored rim. Mad! has a very dark green rim, and is A4 size which makes it easy to frame!
