I have always been creavite from a very young age. My mom tells me that when she asked me what i wanted to be when i grew up, i told her, someone who draws.
After highschool i studied fashion. First as secondary vocational education, and after that at the art academy in Utrecht (HKU). I loved my time there and learned a lot. But didn't want to persue a career in fashion.
Fresh out of school i started my own company in leather bags and other goodies, with some drawing on the side. But wanting to be more creative, with more freedom, like drawing and painting gave me. Kept telling me i was meant to do something else. On my 30th birthday, i decided i was going to solely focus on drawing and painting.
It is still the best decision i've ever made.
