I painted Celina in Portugal. She had been living in my mind for quite a long time. I think she came from al the war going on around the world. It's scary and it makes me very sad. Red is not my color, but i felt like i had no other choice than using it. In the red forest you can see the threat, and even though all that is going on, I want us to go for protest and not war. Pow without the pow.
